For Better Home & Gardens Magazine, SMH, Inc was asked to contribute to the new color story in the home section of the magazine. Look out for future months where more color trend openers will be featured. We photographed this series with our regular collaborator, the wonderful Photographer Kat Teutsch.
For the new freshly designed issue, this feature one is the first cab off the rank and we were lucky that we were working with one of our favourite colors: Green.
With the inspiration coming from shade plants like ferns and moss, we created a mini world that felt evocative of an avid gardener in the process of preparing for Spring. This feels very alive and fresh right now when New York is covered in a blanket of snow.
